Most fitness programs are built for short-term results. LWB is built for the long game. Strength, mobility, and movement quality, trained with precision and tailored to your specific body, are what allow you to stay capable, active, and fully alive for decades to come. Whether you’re in your 40s or your 80s, the work is the same: build a body that serves you not just today, but 20 and 30 years from now.

This isn’t general fitness. It’s thoughtful, individualized coaching for people who take the long view.

Strong Foundation

We begin with how you move, not how much you can lift. Mobility, stability, and strength built on sound mechanics are the foundation, and the foundation determines everything that follows.

Build for the Long Haul

This isn’t about the next 12 weeks. Every session is designed with the next 20 years in mind, building strength, endurance, and mobility that compounds over time rather than fades.

Adaptability is Key

Your body changes. Your life changes. Your training should too. We adapt constantly to how you’re feeling, what’s changed, and what you need next, because capability built on a fixed program doesn’t last.

Mind-Body Connection

Good training makes you more aware, not just more tired. We focus on movement quality, teaching you to understand how your body works, recognize what it needs, and train intelligently rather than just by effort.

The goal isn’t fitness for its own sake. It’s the life your fitness makes possible: the travel, the activity, the energy to show up fully for what matters. We train so that nothing holds you back.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

Randy Ehrler

I’ve spent 40 years in this work, from performance-focused training in the 1980s to the longevity-based practice I maintain today. That’s not a marketing number. It means every principle I teach has been tested, refined, and lived.

I’m 56. I train the same way I coach my clients, with attention to quality, consistency, and the long view. I understand what it means to build a body for the decades ahead, because I’m doing it too.

That’s the practice I bring to every client relationship.

The Process

Good coaching isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about building smarter. At LWB, the process is deliberate: we start with how you move, build on what works, and adapt continuously to where you’re going. Every step is purposeful, and nothing is generic.

1. Start with a Conversation

We start with a conversation, your goals, your history, your questions. This is how I understand whether we’re a good fit and what the work should look like. Thirty minutes (or so), no obligation.

2. Assessment & Alignment

The first session is an assessment, posture, mobility, movement patterns, how your body actually works. This is where I learn what your training needs to do. Goals come from that conversation, grounded in function and the long view, not appearance.

3. Custom Training Plan

From your assessment, I build a program specific to you, not a template with your name on it. Strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery, sequenced deliberately and adapted to your life. You’ll always know what you’re doing and why.

4. Weekly Work, Real-Time Support

We meet one to three times weekly, guided, intentional sessions where I’m watching closely and adjusting in real time. Between sessions, I’m still paying attention. Your program shifts based on how you’re feeling, how you’re moving, and what life is demanding of you right now.

5. Progress that Lasts

Progress here doesn’t show up in before-and-after photos. It shows up in your joints, your energy, your confidence moving through the world. Strength that’s real, mobility that holds, and a body that keeps delivering, that’s the measure.

6. Training for the Life Ahead

The measure of good training is what happens outside the gym. As you build strength and body awareness, you develop something more valuable than fitness, you develop literacy. The ability to move well instinctively, to recognize what your body needs, and to carry correct movement mechanics into daily life without thinking about it. That’s what prepares you for decades of physical engagement, not just the next workout.

Thoughtful Coaching for Serious People

Most fitness is designed for the average person with average goals. My clients are not average, and their training shouldn’t be either.

Whether you’re returning to movement after years away, navigating a body that’s changed, or simply ready to train with more intelligence than you have before, the work begins with understanding you specifically. Your history, your mechanics, your life. From there we build something that actually fits.

Function, longevity, and confidence in your body. Not aesthetics. Not perfection. Not a program pulled from a shelf.

Training With LWB

Strength, mobility, longevity, these aren’t separate goals. They’re a single, integrated practice built around how your body works and where you want it to take you.

I maintain a roster of 15 to 20 clients total, intentionally small so every person receives the attention and precision this work requires. If you’re ready to train with intention and take the long view, let’s talk.

Initial Consultation

The first step is a conversation, your goals, your history, what’s brought you here. If it makes sense to move forward, we follow that with a movement assessment: posture, mobility, and how you actually move through life.

From there, we establish clear objectives, and I’ll outline what the work looks like.

The initial consultation and assessment session is complimentary. No obligation, just a starting point.

One-On-One Training

One-on-one coaching, built entirely around you. We meet one to three times weekly for guided, precise sessions that are adapted in real time to how you’re moving and what you need. The focus is on strength, mobility, and resilience that serve your life well beyond the gym.

2 sessions/week – $600/month

3 sessions/week – $750/month

Partner Training

Train alongside a spouse or friend who shares your commitment to the work. Partner training provides built-in accountability and makes sessions more enjoyable without sacrificing the precision of individualized coaching.

Partner training works best when both people are reasonably aligned in ability and physical capacity. I don’t match partners; this is for couples or friends who are coming in together. If you’re unsure whether it’s a good fit, we’ll sort that out in the initial conversation.

2 sessions/week – $400 per person/month

3 sessions/week – $500 per person/month

“Randy is such a pleasure to work with! He’s been my trainer for a few years now and I have seen more gains in my strength than ever before. I have many past injuries. I deal with along with muscles. I’ve never been able to strengthen very well, and Randy has finally helped make gains I’ve never been able to make before… I’ve learned so much from him about how to strengthen my muscles in a better way. Randy is also just a wonderful person. He’s a joy to hang out with while he pushes me to be my best.”
